Which size should I choose?
Compare oven-ready weights in kilograms and pounds, together with approximate servings. Servings depend on appetite and accompaniments. Contact John if you would like help choosing.
Do you offer Easter turkeys?
Yes. We offer the same product range for Easter, subject to seasonal availability. Collection dates are confirmed closer to the time.
Collecting from the farm
Do you deliver?
No. All orders are collected from our farm at 50 Tannaghmore Road, Randalstown, Antrim, BT41 3HB.
Do I need a collection appointment?
No. Come at any time during the published collection hours for your collection season. There is no need to book a time slot.
How do I request New Year collection?
Add a note when ordering to say you would like New Year collection. If you have already ordered, contact John.
What if I cannot collect during the opening hours?
Contact John to discuss your order and the options available.
Your order
Do I pay in full?
Yes. Online orders are paid in full when ordering is open.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email John with your order reference, if available, and explain your request. Wait for confirmation before assuming a change has been made.
Who handles trade enquiries?
John handles enquiries from butchers and wholesalers. Include your business name, location and the products you are interested in.
